Contact SupportOpen a ticket from the Support page in your dashboard, or email support@oxypages.com from the address on your account. Support replies land in your inbox and on the ticket page. Include your website address and what you expected to happen.
Why Did My Upload Fail?Most failed uploads hit a size limit - 5 MB per HTML page, 25 MB per other file, 100 MB per ZIP, or your account's storage pool is full. Other causes: no index.html at the top level, a file type that is not allowed, or an unverified email address. The error message on the upload page names the problem.
Why Is My Form Not Working?The most common cause by far is missing captcha keys - until a provider is saved in Form Settings, every submission is rejected. Other causes are testing too fast (10 submissions per hour per visitor), an unpublished site, fields without name attributes, or hitting the monthly notification email limit (entries are still stored).
Why Is My Website Not Loading?The usual causes are a site that was never published (still a draft), a subdomain that was renamed - the old address stops working immediately - an archived or deleted website, a deactivated subdomain, or a custom domain whose DNS has not finished propagating. Work through the checklist in order.
