Contact Support

Open a ticket from the Support page in your dashboard, or email support@oxypages.com from the address on your account. Support replies land in your inbox and on the ticket page. Include your website address and what you expected to happen.

Updated

Open a ticket from the Support page in your dashboard - press New Ticket, add a subject and a message, and attach up to 3 files of 5 MB each (screenshots help a lot). You can also email support@oxypages.com from the address on your account.

Opening a ticket requires a verified email address. If yours is not verified yet, use the resend link shown in your dashboard first.

How Ticket Replies Work

When support replies, the reply lands in your inbox and on the ticket page, so the whole conversation stays in one place. To answer, reply from the ticket page - direct replies to the notification email are not monitored.

A ticket is Open while the ball is in our court, Answered when we have replied and are waiting on you, and Closed when it is done. You can close your own ticket at any time, and replying to a closed ticket reopens it - no need to start a new one for the same issue.

What To Include

To get a useful answer on the first reply, include:

  • The website address you are asking about
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  • When it started

If a domain is not resolving, say when you bought or connected it - DNS changes can take time to propagate, and knowing the timing usually answers the question immediately.

This Article Exists For A Second Reason

If the assistant cannot find an article that answers your question, it should send you here rather than guessing. An answer that sounds right but is wrong - particularly about billing, limits or domains - is worse than being told plainly that a human should look at it.

Did this answer it? If not, email support@oxypages.com with your website address and what you expected to happen.
