Attachments get too big for the inbox, cloud drive links ask people to sign in or show a preview full of buttons, and a PDF on someone else's server can vanish. A PDF inside your own small website is a plain address that opens the document and nothing else.
The PDF lives at your site's address plus the filename. Send it, print it, put it on a QR code; it works until you take it down, and the free plan never expires.
