Affiliate Terms
Last Updated: 2 September 2026
These Affiliate Terms (the "Agreement") are a contract between you ("Affiliate", "you") and Ditra Point, trading as OxyPages ("OxyPages", "we", "us"). They govern your participation in the OxyPages Affiliate Program (the "Program") and are the "Affiliate Terms" referred to in our Terms of Service.
By joining or participating in the Program, you accept this Agreement and its terms. Your participation in the Program is solely to legally promote OxyPages in order to receive a commission on qualifying payments made by customers you refer through your referral link.
1. Definitions
- "Affiliate Link" means the unique tracking link we provide to you, containing your Affiliate ID (for example
https://oxypages.com/?r=1021201). - "Affiliate ID" means the unique identifier assigned to your OxyPages account for tracking referrals.
- "Commission" means the payment you may earn on a Qualifying Payment, as described in Section 4.
- "Qualifying Payment" means a recurring paid-plan payment made by a Referred Account that earns Commission under Section 4. Domain charges, AI credit packs, and other one-off purchases are not Qualifying Payments.
- "Referred Account" means an OxyPages account attributed to you under Section 3.
- "Commission Window" means the 12-month period described in Section 4, beginning on a Referred Account's first paid plan payment.
- "Pending Period" means the 45-day clawback window described in Section 6, after which a Commission becomes payable.
- "Program Policies" means any rules, guidelines, or FAQs we publish for the Program from time to time, which form part of this Agreement.
2. Enrollment And Independent Contractor Relationship
Every OxyPages account includes a referral link. We have sole discretion to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any Affiliate from the Program, at any time and for any reason, and you will have no legal recourse against us for such a decision. Your continued participation is subject to your full compliance with this Agreement and any Program Policies.
Your relationship with OxyPages is that of an independent contractor. You are not an agent, employee, or representative of OxyPages, you have no authority to enter into contracts or create obligations on our behalf, and you are not eligible for any employee benefits. You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and for the conduct of anyone acting on your behalf (employees, contractors, or agents); if they do something that would breach this Agreement, we will treat it as your breach.
3. Referrals And Attribution
- Your Affiliate Link contains your unique Affiliate ID (for example
?r=1021201). - Attribution uses a 60-day, last-click cookie. If a visitor clicks your Affiliate Link and creates an OxyPages account within 60 days, that account is attributed to you at signup.
- Attribution is fixed at account creation. Existing accounts cannot be claimed by clicking a referral link later, and attribution cannot be transferred between Affiliates after signup.
- We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by cleared cookies, private browsing, ad blockers, improperly formatted links, or a customer choosing not to use your link.
- We determine attribution based on our tracking data, and our determination is final.
4. Commissions
- Commission rate and duration. For each Referred Account, you earn 20% of that account's paid-plan payments during the Commission Window — the first 12 months measured from the account's first paid plan payment.
- Monthly plans: you earn 20% of each monthly plan payment made within the Commission Window — up to 12 monthly Commissions per Referred Account.
- Annual plans: you earn 20% of the first annual plan invoice only. The account's renewal a year later falls outside the 12-month Commission Window and does not earn Commission.
- The Commission Window runs once. It begins at a Referred Account's first paid plan payment and does not restart if the account later cancels and re-subscribes.
- What is commissionable. Only recurring paid-plan payments earn Commission. The following are not commissionable:
- Domain registrations, domain renewals, and any other domain-related charges.
- AI credit packs and other one-off or add-on purchases.
- Free plans, trials, and any period before the account's first paid plan payment.
- Amount. Commission is calculated on the amount the Referred Account actually pays for the plan, after all discounts, coupons, and credits are applied. Indicative amounts shown on your affiliate dashboard assume full price.
- Rate changes. We may change Commission rates going forward at any time, including time-limited promotional rates for campaigns. Changes do not reduce Commissions already earned.
- One attribution per account. Each Referred Account is attributed to a single Affiliate. Upgrades, downgrades, and plan changes by a Referred Account within its Commission Window remain attributed to you and are commissionable as recurring plan payments (subject to the exclusions above).
- Our discretion. We decide whether a payment qualifies for Commission. If we have questions or concerns about a transaction, we may pause, withhold, or reverse Commission while we review it.
5. Payouts
- A Commission becomes payable after it clears the 45-day Pending Period described in Section 6.
- Payouts are made monthly via Wise to the payout email address shown on your affiliate dashboard, once your payable balance reaches $25.00 USD.
- To be paid, you must maintain a valid Wise payout email address and accurate account information. If we cannot reach you or your information is incomplete, payment is held until it is corrected.
- You are responsible for any taxes on Commissions you earn. We do not withhold taxes unless required by law.
6. Refunds, Chargebacks, And Clawbacks
- Pending Period. Each Commission is held pending for 45 days from the date of the underlying plan payment (the clawback window). After 45 days with no refund, chargeback, dispute, or cancellation, the Commission becomes payable.
- Voided before payout. If a Referred Account's payment is refunded, charged back, disputed, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent or in breach of this Agreement within the 45-day Pending Period, the still-unpaid Commission for that payment is voided and will not be paid.
- Deducted after payout. If we have already paid a Commission for a payment that is later refunded, charged back, disputed, or found fraudulent, that Commission is treated as unearned and may be deducted from your future Commissions.
- We may withhold, reverse, or deduct Commissions from any referral that violates this Agreement.
7. Your Obligations
You agree to follow this Agreement, any Program Policies, and all applicable laws. In particular, you agree that:
- You have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
- Where your audience includes people in the United States, you will comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you promote OxyPages. Where your audience is elsewhere, you will follow the equivalent local disclosure rules.
- You will comply with anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM-style rules for commercial email — accurate headers and subject lines, a valid physical address, and a working unsubscribe mechanism) and with applicable privacy and marketing laws.
- You will not misrepresent yourself as an employee, agent, or representative of OxyPages, or misrepresent your relationship with us.
- You will handle any customer or prospect data you encounter through the Program in line with applicable privacy laws, and only as permitted by us.
- You are responsible for ensuring anyone acting on your behalf complies with this Agreement. Their violation is treated as yours.
A breach of this Section is a material breach of this Agreement.
8. Prohibited Promotion Practices
You may promote OxyPages with text and graphic links on your website, social channels, videos, and email, using materials we provide or your own materials that comply with this Agreement. You may be suspended or terminated from the Program, and Commissions withheld or reversed, for any of the following:
- Spam of any kind, including mass unsolicited email, forum or comment spam, and mass messaging.
- Misleading or false advertising, including false claims about OxyPages, misleading hyperlinks, or unsupported earnings or results claims.
- Trademark bidding / PPC abuse. Bidding on "OxyPages" or "oxypages" branded keywords, or their misspellings or variations, in any ad network. Any pay-per-click promotion requires our prior written permission, requested through our support channel.
- Coupon and deal abuse. Promoting coupons, discounts, or deals we have not issued to you; implying a coupon or deal exists when it does not; or registering "oxypages" coupon/discount/deal domains or pages. You may not bid on "OxyPages coupon", "OxyPages discount", or similar phrases.
- Cookie stuffing. Setting the referral cookie without a clear, user-initiated click on your link — including through pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, forced clicks, or hidden actions. The user must see clear referral/deal information before any cookie is set.
- Incentivized clicks. Offering rebates, kick-backs, or any other sharing of your Commission as an incentive to sign up or purchase, or otherwise incentivizing clicks or signups.
- Self-referrals and fraud. Referring yourself; accounts you own or control; accounts sharing your payment method; accounts created to claim your own Commission; and any fraudulent or manipulated transactions.
- Illegal or harmful placement. Advertising on or through sites that contain or promote illegal content or activities, or that would harm OxyPages' reputation.
- IP misuse. Infringing OxyPages intellectual property or using the OxyPages name and logo outside the permission in Section 9.
9. Intellectual Property
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the OxyPages name and logo solely to promote OxyPages under this Agreement. You agree to follow any brand guidelines we share, not to modify our marks, not to register domains or social handles confusingly similar to OxyPages, and to stop using the marks immediately if we ask. You may not imply that you are an employee, contractor, or legal representative of OxyPages. All goodwill from your use of the marks belongs to OxyPages, and improper use automatically ends your right to use them.
10. Confidentiality
Through the Program you may receive non-public business, technical, financial, or customer information from us ("Confidential Information"). You may use it only to participate in the Program, and you must not disclose it to anyone unless required by law. This does not cover information that becomes public through no fault of yours, that you already knew, that you receive from someone free to share it, or that you develop independently. When this Agreement ends, you must stop using and delete any Confidential Information you hold. This Section survives termination.
11. Termination
This Agreement begins when you participate in the Program and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate at any time; we may also suspend or terminate your participation immediately for any violation of this Agreement or, at our discretion, for conduct that harms OxyPages or its community.
If we terminate for cause (violation of this Agreement), you forfeit all unpaid Commissions. If you terminate, or we terminate without cause, Commissions that are already payable will be paid on the normal schedule once they exceed the payout minimum. Upon termination you must stop using your Affiliate Link and all OxyPages marks.
12. Limitation Of Liability
OxyPages will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost Commissions, arising from tracking failures, Program interruptions, errors, or changes to the Program. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program, and we do not warrant that the Program will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our total cumulative liability to you under this Agreement is limited to the total Commissions paid to you in the three months before the claim arose.
13. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless OxyPages and its officers, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, fines, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your promotional activities, your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any law (including advertising, anti-spam, and privacy laws), your misrepresentation or failure to disclose, or your negligence or misconduct.
14. Changes To This Agreement
We may modify this Agreement or the Program Policies at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. If a change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to stop participating in the Program. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the change.
15. Governing Law And Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. In any dispute to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party may be entitled to recover its reasonable costs and legal fees.
16. General
- Non-Exclusivity. This Agreement is not exclusive. You may promote other products and services, and OxyPages may work with other affiliates, partners, and businesses.
- Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, epidemics, failures of third-party service providers, or internet outages. The affected party will give prompt notice and use reasonable efforts to resume performance.
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with any Program Policies, is the complete and exclusive agreement between you and us regarding the Program, and supersedes any prior understanding.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains in effect.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent; any attempt to do so is void. We may assign this Agreement freely.
- Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it or of our right to enforce it later.
- Survival. Sections 6 (Refunds, Chargebacks, And Clawbacks), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Confidentiality), 12 (Limitation Of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 15 (Governing Law And Disputes) survive termination of this Agreement.
- Language. This Agreement is drafted in English. If a translated version is provided for convenience, the English version controls.
17. Electronic Acceptance
This Agreement is an electronic contract. Participating in the Program constitutes your electronic acceptance of this Agreement with the same legal force as a handwritten signature.
