How Do I Share A Website With Someone Else?
There are three ways - invite a collaborator to work on one website, add a team member with permissions across your whole account, or transfer ownership of a website to another account. On shared websites the owner's plan applies, and a shared website never counts against the guest's own quota.

There are three ways to share on OxyPages, and picking the right one comes down to how much you want the other person to control:
- A collaborator works on one specific website
- A team member gets permissions across your whole account
- A transfer hands a website over for good - it stops being yours
Which One Do I Need?
| Collaborator | Team member | Transfer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scope | One website | Your whole account | Ownership moves |
| Good for | A helper or client on a single site | Staff at an agency | Handing a site to its new owner |
| Where | The website's Collaborators tab | Profile, under Team | The website's Transfer page |
| Can be limited | Fixed role | Per-permission | Not applicable |
Two Rules That Apply Everywhere
The owner's plan applies to the website. Storage, custom domains, password protection, the form email allowance - all come from the owner's plan. What plan the invited person has does not matter for your site.
A shared website never counts against the guest's own website quota. A collaborator on your site can still use their full allowance on their own account.
How Many People Can I Invite?
Collaborators per website and team members per account share the same ladder: 0 on Free, 1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, 5 on Pro, 10 on Agency.
Invites are sent by email and are valid for 14 days. Only someone signed in with the invited email address can accept.
