How Do I Invite A Collaborator To My Website?
On the website's Collaborators tab, invite someone by email. The invite is valid for 14 days and can only be accepted by an account with that exact email. Collaborators can publish and manage the site but cannot delete it, transfer it or invite others. Seats per website: 1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, 5 on Pro, 10 on Agency.

Open the website's Collaborators tab and send an invite to the person's email address. They get a link that is valid for 14 days, and only an OxyPages account signed in with that exact email can accept it. If they do not have an account yet, they can create one with that email first.
Collaborator seats per website follow your plan: 0 on Free, 1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, 5 on Pro, 10 on Agency.
What A Collaborator Can Do
A collaborator can work on that one website almost as you do: publish and update it, edit files, manage media, forms, domains, settings, versions and statistics.
They cannot delete the website, transfer it, invite or remove other people, or manage its clone links. Those stay owner-only.
Whose Plan And Quota Apply
Your plan applies to the website - your storage pool, your features, your form email allowance. The collaborator's own plan is irrelevant here, and the website does not count against their website quota.
AI credits are the exception that favours you: a collaborator working in their own workspace spends their own credits.
Removing Access
You can revoke a collaborator from the Collaborators tab at any time, and a collaborator can leave the website themselves. Revoking access does not change the website in any way.
