Cancel Your Subscription

Cancel any time yourself - press Cancel Auto Renewal on the Billing page, or cancel in the Manage Billing portal. Your paid plan keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. Cancelling is not a refund.

Paid plans · Updated

You can cancel your subscription yourself, any time, in two places: press Cancel Auto Renewal on the Your Plan card of the Billing page, or open Manage Billing on the same page and cancel in the Stripe portal. Your plan then runs until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and on that date your account moves to the Free plan.

Cancelling is not a refund. You keep everything you paid for until the period ends - the plan simply does not renew. To undo a cancellation before the period ends, press Resume Auto Renewal on the Billing page.

What Changes When The Plan Ends

Your websites stay online - nothing is deleted. These paid features change:

  • The "Powered by OxyPages" banner returns on your websites.
  • Custom domains stop serving. Your websites stay reachable on their free myoxypages.com subdomains.
  • Password protection stops being enforced. A password-protected website becomes publicly visible, so remove anything private before the plan ends.
  • Version history becomes view only - you can see past versions but not restore them.
  • Your monthly AI credit allowance becomes the Free plan's 10 credits at the next reset. Purchased credits are unaffected and never expire.
  • Form email notifications drop to the Free limit of 30 per month.
  • The Free plan's limits of 1 website and 5 MB of pooled storage apply to your account from then on.

Domains Are Separate

Cancelling your plan does not cancel domains you bought through OxyPages. Domain registrations and their renewals are billed separately and continue as before - manage them from the Domains page. See Domain Renewals And Expiry.
