When Do Credits Reset?
Your monthly AI credit allowance resets once a month and unused monthly credits do not roll over. On a monthly subscription the reset lands on your billing day; on Free and annual plans it lands on the same day each month, anchored to when your account started. Your monthly credit allowance resets once a month, back to your plan's full amount. The exact date is shown as "Resets" under Monthly Allowance on the Billing page's AI Credits tab. On a monthly subscription, the reset lands on your billing day - each time your plan payment goes through. On the Free plan and on annual subscriptions, the reset lands on the same day each month, anchored to when your account or plan started.
No Rollover
Unused monthly credits do not carry over - the reset replaces whatever is left with the full allowance, it does not add to it. Purchased credits are different: they never reset and never expire, and they are only spent after the monthly pool is empty.
Plan Changes
- Upgrade: your monthly allowance is topped up to the new plan's amount immediately - you do not wait for the next reset. A top-up never reduces credits you already have.
- Downgrade: you keep your current allowance until your next reset, and the lower plan's amount applies from then on.
The allowances per plan are 10 credits on Free, 50 on Starter, 100 on Growth, 250 on Pro and 500 on Agency.
