How Do Form Email Notifications Work?
Each form submission sends an email to your account's login email address. Your plan sets a monthly allowance - 30 emails on Free, 300 on Starter, 600 on Growth, 1000 on Pro, 2000 on Agency. Over the limit, submissions are still stored and nothing is lost - only the emails pause until the 1st of next month.
Updated
When someone submits a form on your published website, OxyPages emails the submission to your account's login email address. The email shows the form name, the website and the submitted fields, with a View All Entries button to your dashboard.
Notifications go to the account owner's email and cannot be redirected per form or per website. To receive them somewhere else, change your account email - see the related article.
Monthly Allowance By Plan
Notification emails count against one monthly allowance for your whole account, across all your websites:
- Free: 30 emails per month
- Starter: 300
- Growth: 600
- Pro: 1000
- Agency: 2000
What Happens Over The Limit
Nothing is lost. Every submission is still stored on the website's Forms page - only the emails stop. When you cross the limit you get one final email titled "Form Email Limit Reached For This Month", then silence until emails resume on the 1st of the next month. Until then, read new entries in your dashboard.
Submissions Marked As Spam
A submission caught by the automatic honeypot is stored and labelled Spam on the Forms page, and no notification email is sent for it.
